Please be sure to read and agree to these terms and conditions before you rent any toys from Elias Toys Rental.
HIRER/RENTER RESPONSIBILITY
[1]. For first time customer, you will be required to do the following:
- Fill up our ONLINE new membership form (become a member).
- Sign the Elias Toys Rental Terms and Conditions Agreement when our staff delivers the toy to you the first time.
- Provide a copy of identity card (KTP/SIM/KITAS) and a copy of proof of residence (electricity/telephone/credit card bill) addressed to you at your residence.
[2]. A refundable deposit of Rp 100,000 will be required up front. On return of toys in good condition and clean, the deposit money will be transferred fully (100%) to your account immediately. The deposit money will be added together with the toy rental charges up front.
[3]. Hirer is expected to check the condition of the toy when the toy is delivered. If you find any damage, please let our staff know. Damages that are reported after our staff delivered the toy will be the responsiblity of the hirer. If the damages can be repaired/fixed, then we will only charge you for the repair fee. However, if the toy is damaged beyond repair, then the hirer is obligated to buy the toy at the current market price.
[4]. Toys are to be used as it is supposed/intended to be. The Hirer must ensure that children using the toys are properly supervised at all times by their parents or caregiver to ensure that all children are not injured while using the toy. Accident/injury that happens during the rental period is NOT the responsibility of Elias Toys Rental.
[5]. All toys must be returned clean. Toys that are returned dirty will incur an additional charge.
[6]. Toys cannot be transferred to other people (third-party).
[7]. In a case of party/event rental, extra charges for delivery, setup and clean-up will apply.
[8]. In a case where the hirer wish to extend the rental period, the rental price will be a new price. For extending rental periods, there will be no delivery charges if you extend the period for ALL toys you order. But, if you wish to extend rental period for only SOME of the toys in your order, the same delivery fee will be charged.
ELIAS TOYS RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
[1]. Toys will be delivered in a clean, working condition.
[2]. Once payment is received, we will deliver the toys within 3 - 4 days. Delivery day and time will be confirmed to the hirer.
[3]. For all inflatable toys, the rental period is for 1 day only (6 hours duration). The inflatable toys will be personally and professionally set-up by our staff.
[4]. For party/event rental, we will provide staffs who will be readily available (standby) throughout the rental period.
